Ingredients

  • 810 graham cracker squares (or halves)
  • 810 marshmallows
  • 810 chocolate squares or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can biscuit dough, crescent dough, or 810 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
  • Chocolate or caramel sauce, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Assemble mini s’mores by placing chocolate and a marshmallow between two small graham cracker pieces (or just on one for smaller bites).
  2. Wrap each s’more in biscuit, crescent, or wonton dough, sealing edges tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry wrapped s’mores in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 1–2 minutes per side.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap chocolate with Nutella or peanut butter cups for variety.
  • Use flavored marshmallows for extra flavor twists.
  • Try dipping in pancake batter for a carnival-style coating.
  • Seal dough well to prevent leaking during frying.
  • Air fry or oven bake for a lighter alternative (texture may vary).
