This easy Crispy Pizza Chips recipe uses tortillas, pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings to make a quick, delicious snack perfect for parties or movie nights.
For the Chips:
4 tortillas (corn or flour; corn for traditional crunch, flour for softer bite)
1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce (use thick sauces for extra crispiness)
For the Toppings:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or mix with cheddar, provolone, or Parmesan)
1 cup toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, or your favorites)
For the Seasoning:
1 teaspoon Italian herbs (basil, oregano, or mix)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice tortillas into triangles or squares for uniform chip shapes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange tortilla pieces in a single layer.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each chip.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and add your chosen toppings.
Season with Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes to enhance crispiness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
Use thicker pizza sauce for a crispier chip base.
Customize toppings to create mini “pizza” flavors.
