Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
