This rich and comforting pasta is loaded with tender chicken, broccoli, penne, and a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce—perfect for cozy dinners any night.
→ Pasta and Protein
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
2 cups penne pasta
→ Vegetables and Fresh Aromatics
1.5 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
→ Sauce and Seasoning
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fine salt
0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
0.5 teaspoon paprika
1 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sauté until golden brown and fully cooked.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add broccoli florets and cooked penne. Toss well to coat everything evenly in the creamy garlic sauce.
Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes, just until broccoli turns bright green and the dish is hot.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Cook pasta just until al dente to avoid a mushy texture.
Add the broccoli toward the end to keep its vibrant color and crispness.
For extra richness, stir in a small knob of butter before serving.
Substitute spinach or zucchini for broccoli for variation.
