Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add rotini pasta; simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened, about 12–15 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce is creamy and well blended.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and stir to heat through.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
