Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) ziti noodles
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook ziti noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  4. Season beef with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ziti, seasoned beef, and Alfredo sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
