Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, chopped shrimp, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cut a deep slit in each salmon fillet to create a pocket, being careful not to cut through.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture, pressing it in gently.
  5. Place stuffed salmon in the baking dish. Brush tops with olive oil or butter and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and filling is golden and hot.
  7. Let rest for a couple minutes before serving with lemon wedges or herbs.

  • Add chopped green onion or bell pepper to the filling for extra texture.
