  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the seams together to form one large rectangle or circle.
  3. Brush the surface with melted butter.
  4. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth icing.
  7. Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon-sugar pizza before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Press the dough seams firmly so the pizza bakes evenly.
  • Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
  • Use a pizza cutter to slice while still warm for clean edges.
