Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Warm through for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Lay out tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheese over half of each tortilla.
  4. Spoon warm garlic chicken mixture over the cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
  5. Wipe out skillet and return to medium heat. Toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from pan, slice as desired, and garnish with fresh herbs if using.
