Ingredients

4 lobster tails, shell split and meat lifted

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Lobster Tails: Carefully split the shells and lift the meat to rest on top for classic presentation.

Make Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the lobster meat.

Add Cheese: Top each lobster tail with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Broil: Place under the broiler for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden, and lobster is fully cooked.

Garnish: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a fresh, zesty finish.

Notes

Broil time may vary depending on lobster size and oven strength—keep an eye on them.

For extra richness, serve with garlic bread or a light salad.

Mozzarella adds creaminess, while Parmesan brings a sharp, salty bite—don’t skip it!
