1/4 cup heavy cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar (for cream cheese layer)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh blackberries

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped (for topping)

Fresh blackberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8 inch pan and chill for 20 minutes.
