Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture

1 pound ground beef

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Wrap Ingredients

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup diced pickles

½ cup shredded lettuce

¼ cup diced onion

¼ cup Thousand Island dressing (or burger sauce)

4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook until fully browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks.

Drain excess grease and set aside.

Prepare the Wraps

Warm tortillas slightly so they’re pliable.

Lay each tortilla flat and spoon cooked beef into the center.

Top with cheddar cheese, pickles, lettuce, diced onion, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.

Assemble & Serve

Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.

Optional: Sear wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for extra crispiness.

Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a low-carb version, use low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps.

Add sliced tomatoes or extra cheese for a heartier wrap.

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh while warm and melty.
