Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded hashbrown potatoes (fresh or thawed frozen, drained)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
