Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers, divided
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Whisk in dry banana pudding mix until fully combined.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies and half of the crushed vanilla wafers.
  5. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula or wax paper.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crushed wafers on top and press gently.
  7. Optional: Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top.
  8. Let bars cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
