Ingredients

1/2 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
1 large ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup milk (or preferred milk alternative)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Dried chamomile leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely to room temperature.
