Ingredients

1.5 lb chicken tenders

1½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried parsley

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add chicken tenders to a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the chicken and toss with hands or tongs until evenly coated.

Arrange chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes
