Juicy baked chicken breasts coated with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and crispy panko — a simple yet bold-flavored dinner favorite.
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in the dish and coat with half the dressing mixture.
In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and half the Parmesan. Sprinkle over chicken.
Drizzle remaining dressing on top and finish with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden.
Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Add 1 tsp red pepper flakes to the dressing mix for extra heat.
Serve with roasted vegetables or a green salad for a balanced meal.
For extra crispiness, broil the top for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
