Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup turkey bacon bits

6 large pickles

Instructions

Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon bits until well combined.

Prepare the pickles: Slice each pickle lengthwise or remove the center using a small spoon or melon baller to create a cavity for the filling.

Stuff the pickles: Fill each pickle with the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to ensure it stays inside.

Preheat the air fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Cook the pickles: Place stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5–7 minutes, or until the filling is slightly golden and the pickles are heated through.

Serve: Let cool slightly, then serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

Ensure pickles are drained and patted dry to prevent excess moisture.

Turkey bacon bits can be substituted with regular bacon bits or omit for a vegetarian version.

For extra crispiness, you can roll the stuffed pickles in panko crumbs before air frying.
