Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Slice thick breasts horizontally if needed for even cooking.

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat and divide the sliced chicken evenly among them.

Add about 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and a handful of fresh spinach leaves to each wrap.

Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap.

Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

You can substitute cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack cheese for different flavors.

Add sliced tomatoes, avocado, or onions for extra freshness.

For a spicy kick, drizzle with buffalo sauce or spicy mayo.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
