Ingredients

4 flour tortillas

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chopped parsley or dried Italian herbs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt, to taste

Instructions

Make Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, herbs, and a pinch of salt.

Assemble the Tortillas
Lay tortillas flat and brush one side of each with garlic butter. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over half of each tortilla, then fold in half to make semicircles.

Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.

Air Fry the Garlic Bread
Place folded tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Serve
Let cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Add red pepper flakes or jalapeños for a spicy kick.

Try different cheeses like cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack for variety.

Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
