2 hour in-home individual coaching session
It’s your choice. In this session we can:
1. Prepare 2 dinners that you can refrigerate and serve later.
2. Prepare 2 kid-friendly, healthy lunches and snacks for your children.
3. Prepare 2 healthy lunches and snacks for you.
4. Prepare 2 meals specific to your allergy or health needs.
You’ll also get an All Cooked UP starter recipe book with recommended meals and instructions specifically chosen for you.
C24 (Commit to 4) 3-4 hour coaching session
Being good and perfect is hard to do seven days a week especially when you are just starting to make healthy changes! It’s hard to do six days out of the week. But, if you committed to trying really hard over half of the week – so four full days out of the week – then you’ll feel better about yourself and you and your family will be eating healthier too. So, with C24 you make a choice to plan out meals for four days a week, make a big effort to prepare healthy, home-cooked meals for your family, and then you’ll still have three days a week to choose the easier, more convenient ways to eat -– giving your kids cereal in the morning, letting your kids buy school lunch, grabbing your dinner from a restaurant on the way home, or using a convenient frozen meal heated up in the microwave for dinner. It’s a great way for busy families to jump start toward the whole food commitment.
In this 3-4 hour coaching session we’ll prep all 3 meals for 4 days. Let us show you how!
You’ll get your first two C24 meal plans with full instructions specifically chosen for you.
Grocery store shopping coaching session (1 hour)
Our coach will shop with you and teach you how to out-smart the marketing campaigns for “healthy” foods. Many of us are tricked into thinking that a food is a healthy choice by phrases like “100% whole wheat” and “natural”. We’ll go isle by isle with you and help you make the healthiest choice available according to whole, real food philosophy.
This can also be a pantry/refrigerator session. We’ll help you clear out processed, sugar-laden foods from your pantry or refrigerator and recommend replacements for these products for your next shopping trip.
You’ll also get a handout for whole food shopping.
Small group cooking coaching session (2 hours)
This session is similar to the individual coaching session but presented in a small group format (which means not every single person is directly involved with the meal preparation).
Every participant does get an All Cooked UP starter recipe book with recommended meals and instructions specifically chosen for that person.
Educational presentations to your group
Our coach can make formal educational presentations on a variety of topics including:
1. Tricks for making home-cooked meals easier
2. Reading labels 101
3. Foods and spices for healing
4. Healthy kid-friendly lunch ideas
5. Healthy snacks
6. Kitchen organization 101 and a Real-Food Pantry
