4 cups raw spinach
4 hardboiled eggs
4 slices of cooked bacon (crumbled)
1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Wash and dry the spinach and place on serving plate.
Slice the hard boiled egg and place on top of spinach.
Sprinkle the bacon, onion, and cranberries on top of the salad also.
To make the dressing, add the honey, salt, and vinegar to a bowl. Whisk together and slowly drizzle in the oil. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad.
