Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions

Step 1
Heat a large skillet on medium-high. Heat the olive oil, and then add the garlic and onions. Sauteed until the onions are soft (about 3 minutes).
Step 2
Stir in the spinach and stir until the spinach is wilted.
Step 3
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then serve immediately.
