Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Heat a large skillet on medium-high. Heat the olive oil, and then add the garlic and onions. Sauteed until the onions are soft (about 3 minutes). | |
Step 2 | |
Stir in the spinach and stir until the spinach is wilted. | |
Step 3 | |
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then serve immediately. |
