It’s an All Cooked Up Night Out at Megan’s house!
Are you frustrated trying to cook healthy, whole food meals without spending your entire day in the kitchen? Are you looking for some strategies to get away from unhealthy, processed foods but don’t know where to start? Here’s your chance. Come learn with your friends.
Please join us at 6:30 on Thursday, Sept 14th. We’ll prepare 2 dinners and 2 snacks together. Two lucky participants will go home with these food items (no cooking tomorrow night!). Everyone will walk away with time saving strategies, recipes, and priceless information about the food you eat and how it affects your body.
Encourage your friends to attend. The flat fee for the class is $160 + cost of the food (the fee is divided among the participants). Fees are paid at the end of the class (accepting credit through paypal, cash, or check).
