All Cooked UP is a Health Education and Cooking Coach website. The All Cooked Up nutrition philosophy believes that “you are what you eat”! We utilize unprocessed whole foods in our recipes encourage families to prepare from-scratch meals at home, and believe that food is like medicine for our bodies.
Our food supply is riddled with preservatives, food dyes, refined sugar, genetically modified foods, and processed foods. If our food is truly the fuel for our body, then our engines are in big trouble! Our health is at an all-time low, risk for disease and disability due to illness at an all time high– a lot because of our unhealthy diets.
Our recipes can cater to specific dietary needs. Some people respond best to gluten-free diets, while others need dairy-free diets and still others thrive on vegan or vegetarian diets. While we don’t provide medical opinion on dietary treatments, we believe in the importance of whole foods and the benefits of certain foods in or out of our diets for specific health problems. We help encourage families to eat healthy, home-cooked meals for health and vitality and give them the tools they need to be successful in their health quest.
